Generally, clinical trials give bigger rewards because they can be a bit high risk than other studies. So, as a clinical research website that pays good money, it’s normal to ask, “Is Broad Focus Clinical legit? Fortunately, I’ve participated in many clinical trials, surveys, and focus groups; I know which research companies to look for and which to stay away from.  Long-time readers of my stuff will also know that I don’t simply pass up on any opportunity. Hence, in this article, I will discuss Broad Focus Clinical and how you can earn money with them.

What Is Broad Focus Clinical?

broad focus clinical Broad Focus Clinical is a clinical research website that connects researchers from health companies to consumers. They don’t conduct the trials; they only email newsletters to their subscribers for opportunities within their community. According to their website, they currently offer 12 research categories with compensations ranging from $400 to $3,200. Each category has a state-level address and study duration. Studies could generally last from one week to up to six months.

Is Broad Focus Clinical Legit?

To be honest, there isn’t much information written on their site to determineif they are legitimate or not. They have some contact information posted, and I tried emailing them twice, but both bounced back. There was also no information or review available on credibility websites such as the Better Business Bureau or Trust Pilot. The social media links posted on their website also fail to redirect me to any existing accounts. Although the website says they have clinics in Reno, Boston, and Austin, a quick internet search failed to provide further information. Their website also shows third-party Google ads. The ads are not annoying, but they occasionally pop up. Having no choice, I did what a good reviewer does and tried creating an account myself. There wasn’t any sign-up button, but the website directs you to their clinical research finding page where you have to input some contact information. On the bright side, they won’t ask you for any financial information upon signing up.

How Does Broad Focus Clinical Work?

Broad Focus Clinical works by connecting researchers with potential participants. Below are some steps you can take to participate in their offered trials.

Step 1: Find a study.

find a study Choose your preferred study from their 12 selections I suggest choosing something that particularly interests you since it will give you more personal incentive aside from monetary compensation. After choosing the study you like most, click “Read More.” You will be redirected to an information submission page. Fill out the form with the necessary information and then submit it.

Step 2: Wait for available offers.

You will have to wait for available offers based on your preferred study. Usually, they will send you an email, but you’ll have to be patient because it could take weeks or even months for some trial offers to show up. In the meantime, my advice is to browse the internet for other medical companies in need of participants.

Step 3: Determine if you are what they’re looking for.

So, you received an email for available offers. That’s great! Now, you will have to undergo the research organizer’s screening process. If they feel like you meet their criteria, they will set you up for an appointment where you’ll be asked to undergo some physical exams and other tests.

Step 4: Analyze the research description and consent form.

Clinical studies and trials strictly follow a set of protocols that dictate the flow and operating procedures of the entire study.  These protocols are intended to safeguard your health and guarantee that the researchers have access to the required data. If you decide to join in the study, consult your doctor and prepare questions for the researchers on what to expect. You should also be aware of informed consent. Essentially, it is the process of knowing the details of a clinical study before you decide to participate. To get your informed consent, the research team in charge of the trial will outline its goals, timeline, expected outcomes, risks and rewards, and your medical confidentiality. You will then have to sign a consent form outlining the details discussed with the study team. Don’t worry, though; you will still have the right to withdraw from the study anytime and for any reason.

Step 5: Take part in the study.

After signing the consent form, you are ready to participate in the study.  Depending on its nature, you might have to maintain regular contact with the researchers for updates regarding your symptoms or progress.

How To Earn Money With Broad Focus Clinical?

There wasn’t any payment information to be found on their website. However, based on my experience, research companies pay you directly, especially if the trials are done on-site.
